Penn State University offers health insurance for all students. For general information about Penn State Student Health Insurance, go to the University Health Services Website.
NOTE: The rate quotes available from the Student Health Insurance Office are the rates for the 2009/2010 school year. The 2010/2011 rates will be posted in the Summer 2010.
Insurance for Graduate Students without Assistantships
Accident and Sickness Insurance is available for all eligible graduate students and their dependents. Please follow this link for more information. NOTE: All international students are REQUIRED to obtain health insurance.
Insurance for Graduate Assistants
Graduate assistants are automatically enrolled in the insurance. The cost of the insurance will automatically be deducted from your monthly stipend.
